Spring is taking its sweet time getting here! We have had unseasonably cold weather. It doesn’t rain every day, but we sure haven’t seen much sun! It’s been chilly, damp, cloudy, and dreary. I don’t know about you, but the cows and I are ready for it to start warming up for real!
At least we are far enough south that we haven’t had snow in April… yet.
For this week’s meal plan, I’ve got some warm and cozy comfort foods to get us through this winter that seems like it will never end. And I’ve got some easy summery grilled recipes that will start prepping your grilling muscles for summer… if it ever shows up!
