Fresh summer peaches are so delicious! I love buying lots and lots when the in-season prices are better. But then what do you do with all those peaches? You make this cobbler!
If you love cobbler, you need to try this Quick & Easy Blackberry Cobbler, too!
This cobbler couldn’t be much easier. Heat up peaches and sugar, mix the topping in a bowl, put the topping on top of the peaches, and bake it! I use my electric mixer for the topping. That makes it all go together even faster.
Toss everything into a 9″ x 9″ pan, and you’re done.
This Peach Cobbler is delicious with Homemade Whipped Cream, vanilla or Homemade Peach Ice Cream, or just by itself. We like it warm right out of the oven, but it’s also delicious cold… for breakfast… Or so I’ve heard…
Enjoy!
