This week, we are dealing with lots and lots (and lots) of weeds in the garden. We are also dealing with lots and lots of blackberries! I’ve made 4 dozen half-pint jars of blackberry jelly. I’m done! Someone else can have the rest of the blackberries.
We finally have gotten some much-needed rain, and the weather is supposed to be nicer next week. I’m hoping we can all spend some time outside without melting before summer is over!
Now, let’s get to cooking! It’s hard to believe that July is nearly over and the kids are back to school soon in many parts of the country. If your schedule is extra busy this time of year, we have some recipes for you that are sure to be a hit with the entire family. Shop and prep ahead of time and then enjoy more time during the week!
