Easy Homemade Whipped Cream

There used to be a great little restaurant in our town. I loved going there – for the ambiance, for the friends, and of course for the food. One of my favorite things about this restaurant was the desserts. Because her desserts were amazing! And most of them were served with fresh homemade whipped cream. I would always feel so fancy enjoying that freshly whipped cream!
And I just assumed that because it was in this great little “fancy” restaurant, that fresh homemade whipped cream was difficult to make.
I could not have been more wrong!
If you have an electric mixer (or a handheld electric mixer), you can make this at home with only 3 ingredients! It’s so easy… I even turn on the mixer and walk away for a few minutes! And it whips up (pun intended) so fast, you’ll want to make it for everything!
Drop a dollop on any dessert you want, top your French toast, dip cookies in it, make an ice cream sundae, stir it into oatmeal, even float some on top of hot chocolate or coffee. Trust me, you’ll thank me for this little recipe!
Enjoy!

Help!!! I have a question on the whipped cream. Whenever I make it with regular sugar, it a little grainy. The sugar doesn’t break down. So I end up using powdered sugar. What am I doing wrong?

If you like it with powdered sugar, then keep doing that! How long are you whipping the cream, and on what speed? My first suggestions would be to try whipping faster (on a higher speed), or for a longer time. Let me know how it works!
