I have heard about peanut butter powder before, but I hadn’t tried it yet. I was getting peanut butter at the grocery store when I happened to see this Jif Peanut Powder in the same section. I figured, why not? and picked some up.

I will definitely be experimenting with this Jif Peanut Powder more in the future! It is easy to use, and makes some delicious Peanut Butter Pretzels! (It also comes in chocolate, so guess what I’ll be working on soon!)

So, I know the thought behind this peanut powder is to use something that has less fat than peanut butter. And I know that mixing this “low fat” powder with butter is probably not what they had in mind… but it is so delicious! We are all definitely in love with the result!

If you want an extra treat, make up a batch of the icing in the Mini Lemon Bundt Cakes recipe. Dip these Peanut Butter Pretzels in that icing… trust me, you’ll thank me later! (Leave it to a 4-year old to come up with that combo… sometimes those kids really do know what they are doing!)

If you love to snack on pretzels, you will love this recipe for Garlic-Parmesan Pretzels. They were the first pretzel recipe I shared here and they are always a hit!

I’ve always seen the peanut butter powder in the grocery store and know people use it in smoothies and such, but using in a snack mix sounds perfect! I’m a sucker for a good snack mix – I’ll be pinning this for later! Stopping by from the Celebrate 365 Blog Party!
