Easy Honey-BBQ Pretzels

Snack time can be tough. Kids are starving – right now! You want to feed them something relatively healthy, and it needs to be fast, and you don’t want to just open a bag. These Honey-BBQ Pretzels are the perfect compromise!
These Garlic-Parmesan Pretzels have been such a hit, I have been trying out new flavor combinations. This recipe took a bit of prep work. I knew I wanted a strong honey-barbecue flavor, but I didn’t want the pretzels to stick to my fingers. I also didn’t want to have sticky fingers after I was done snacking. (You know what it’s like to chase a sticky 3-year-old around the house…)
This version is perfect! The pretzels are packed with lots of flavor. They are a little tacky and might stick to each other, but they won’t stick to your fingers. And they don’t leave a sticky residue on your hands, either!
There are only 3 simple ingredients – pretzels, barbecue sauce, and honey. It takes less than 5 minutes to put together, quick enough for even the hungriest snackers! You can use any kind of barbecue sauce that you want. I like this Heinz Classic Sweet & Thick BBQ Sauce. Different BBQ sauces will give a little different flavor to the pretzels.
Enjoy!
