We have had some glorious weather this week! It is very unusual for us in February, but it has been 70 degrees the last few days! So I’ve been doing some work outside in our flower beds, playing outside with our son, and John has been getting more work done out in the barn and with the cows. He just fed our cows some corn and fresh bales of hay… Check out our lovely ladies in this video!
We are in for a cold snap this weekend. I’m hoping that we don’t get punished too hard for this beautiful spring weather!
With this amazing weather, I have not wanted to spend much time in the kitchen. This meal plan has been a life saver to keep my family fed and happy!
