We love a good snack mix! And I’m always looking for new snack combinations and flavors. This Italian Cracker Mix is so easy to make and packed with delicious flavor!
I went with a bunch of mini crackers in this mix – mini Premium Saltines, mini Club Multi-Grain Crackers, oyster crackers, and Goldfish crackers. The pretzel Goldfish are perfect in this mix, and the Cheddar Goldfish give it a little something extra.
And the seasoning doesn’t get any easier – melt some butter, open a packet of dressing mix, and you’re done!
This cracker mix “cooks” in your microwave for just a few minutes. Stir it gently after every minute. I like a silicone spatula to stir snack mixes like this – you can easily mix the crackers without breaking them. After a few minutes, cool the cracker mix on paper towels. Then store it in air-tight containers… if any makes it that long!
Enjoy!

Yes, the perfect road trip snack! It’s a little salty, so don’t forget the water. 🙂
