We took a break from meal plans here for a little while, but you guys have been asking for them, so they are back! Because we know you have busy schedules, this meal plan is easy and flexible. There are 4 main course recipes – make them whichever nights work best for you. On the rest of the nights, use up the leftovers, make your own family favorite recipes, or go out for dinner! The two side dish recipes will taste delicious with any of the dinner recipes. And, of course, we all need a great breakfast to start the week!

The whole point of this meal plan is to give you some new options, a tiny bit of structure so you aren’t starting from scratch, and plenty of flexibility so you can make it fit your family’s busy life.
