I love a good steak! This simple lemon-garlic marinade is all you need to take a steak from good to great!
One of the great things about marinades is that they can pack lots of flavor into a piece of meat, with almost no effort from you! All you need to do is mix up the marinade ingredients, toss them in a Ziploc bag with the meat, and let everything sit in the refrigerator. That’s my favorite kind of cooking – hands-off!
This marinade only needs to sit for a couple of hours. You can set it up in the afternoon and grill your steaks for dinner that evening. It can also sit for up to a day, so you can make the marinade up the night before, let your steaks soak and marinate overnight and all day long, then grill them for dinner.
Seriously, does it get much easier? Serve your grilled steaks with these simple Grilled Balsamic Tomatoes or some Easy Roasted Asparagus and you’re all set!
Enjoy!
