When you’re grilling out, grilled corn on the cob is the perfect side dish – just toss it on the grill along with your main course. And the bonus of cooking everything outside on the grill? The whole family can hang out there together, and you don’t have to heat up your kitchen!
Once you have the corn husked and the silks removed, you’ll want to give it a quick rinse under running water. This will help remove any of those stubborn silks that are still stuck. (Nobody likes getting corn silks stuck in their teeth!)
Cut a square of aluminum foil for each ear of corn (you’ll wrap up each ear in its own packet). I like the heavy-duty aluminum foil for grilling. Wrap one ear of corn with a teaspoon of butter in the aluminum foil. Place the wrapped ears on the grill (right next to your meat!), and let them cook for 10-12 minutes. Rotate them occasionally. When they are done, unwrap, top with extra butter, salt, pepper, and a bit of fresh chopped parsley!

I have to admit, I have never grilled corn on the cob before! I’ve made it on the stove, in the microwave, and in a garbage can – but never on the grill. That needs to change. I’ll have to try your recipe as soon as our sweet corn is ready. Stopping by from the Country Fair Blog Party.
