This week was extra busy with another trip to the Indiana State Fair (my LEGO Coffee Girl got to hang out with this pretty cow!), the first day of pre-k for our kiddo, another 2 fields of hay cut and baled, and a few video chats from our cattle pasture with the Glass Barn at the state fair. Phew! I need a nap.
So I can catch my breath a little, this week’s meal plan has an easy Instant Pot recipe, a couple of simple slow cooker recipes, and some fantastic burgers for your grill. Let’s get to cooking!
