There’s nothing like warm bread fresh out of the oven! While I love making a good yeast bread (with all the kneading and punching to get my frustrations out) when I have time, I don’t always have time. So quick breads like this one are a great compromise!
This Apple-Walnut Bread is based on our Easy Cinnamon Bread recipe, with a few minor changes. And of course, the addition of apples and walnuts!
If you don’t like walnuts, you can leave them out. Or try substituting pecans if you like those better!
You’ll want to cut your apples into fairly small pieces. If the apple chunks are too big, the bread won’t hold together well. This post will help get you started to coring, peeling, and chopping your apple in a hurry.
Enjoy!
