Okay, I know that when you think โ€œcasseroleโ€ you donโ€™t automatically think of something yummy. But hear me out hereโ€ฆ Iโ€™m a huge fan of a dish that I can prep, toss in the oven, and then forget about for a little bit. (You know, wash the dishes, clean up, do a load of laundry, read a book, put my feet up with a cocktailโ€ฆ well, one of those anywayโ€ฆ)

And how yummy does this look?!

Sounds super yummy! Just printed it! We’ll have to try it this week. Always looking for simple recipes that travel well since we take a lot of meals to the farm!

This dish really didn’t travel or reheat all that great… it still tasted great, but it didn’t look all that pretty. Try putting the biscuits on the bottom, I bet it will be more portable that way!

Just tried your idea, but used turkey burger, roasted garlic pasta sauce, 16 oz. can diced tomatoes, onion slices with mozzarella cheese slices, and Bisquick biscuit dough covering the top.
