Ingredients

mini pepperoni

onion
chopped

green bell peppers
chopped

can tomato sauce

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
10-
ounce
can refrigerated flaky biscuits
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a
large skillet
.
When the beef is cooked, add the pepperoni, onion, bell peppers, and tomato sauce to the beef and heat through.
Transfer the meat mixture to a
2-quart casserole dish
.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Remove biscuits from the can. Gently flatten each biscuit with your palms and place on top of the casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through.
