Fruit is a great snack. But just plain fruit can get boring! Mix up a quick batch of this Toffee Fruit Dip, and you’ll need to stock up on more fruit!

This recipe is based off this original Quick Vanilla Fruit Dip and this Chocolate Chip Fruit Dip. I love toffee, so when I saw bags of Heath Bits ‘o’ Brickle in the baking section at my grocery store, I knew I had to add it to the fruit dip!

The toffee has a mild, buttery flavor that goes perfectly with the Greek yogurt and the Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese in this dip. And it gives it a great little crunch!

You’ll want to refrigerate this dip for 2-3 hours before you eat it. That lets the brown sugar dissolve and the flavors to incorporate. If you let it sit in the refrigerator too much longer than that, the toffee bits will start to “melt” into the cream cheese. That means you’ll get smooth swirls of toffee in the dip, which is still delicious! But if you like the crunch of the toffee, be sure to get to the dip before the toffee starts to melt.

I like to start with plain Greek yogurt in this recipe, and then add a little vanilla to get the flavor just right. You could also use vanilla Greek yogurt, just don’t add any extra vanilla to the dip. If you want to use regular yogurt (instead of Greek yogurt), you will probably get a thinner, sweeter dip. It’s all up to you – make it the way you and your family like it!

Enjoy!
