We all know that fruit is a good snack. But sometimes grabbing an apple or a handful of berries is… well… boring. Try this Quick Vanilla Fruit Dip with your next fruit snack!
How Do You Make a Fruit Dip?
It’s so easy… all you have to do is mix these ingredients together! (See recipe card below.)
This fruit dip only takes a few minutes to put together. You can mix it up and eat it right away, or stash it in the refrigerator for a few hours before you’re ready to enjoy it. The refrigerator time lets the flavors blend together a little more, but it is tasty whenever you want to eat it! There is a little brown sugar in this recipe, so if you dip in right away you’ll get a little crunch from the undissolved brown sugar. If you wait a few hours, the sugar will dissolve and the dip will be smooth and creamy.
This recipe is originally from “Mom Knows Best” by Gooseberry Patch. It’s fast and easy to put together, and there are so many ways you can customize it!
Refrigerate the dip in an air-tight container, and mix it well before you use it. A little separation of the yogurt is normal.
And sure, I call it a fruit dip… but you can dip anything you want in it! Graham crackers, biscuits, cookies, you pick. Anything that would taste good with a little hint of vanilla and Greek yogurt will be good with this dip!
Enjoy!
