By Marybeth Feutz

**Update**

This giveaway is now closed. But be sure to check out the recipe for Too Easy Teriyaki Wings below!

Dust off your slow-cookers and stock up on liners, because do I have a treat for you! This week is all about slow-cooking, and it’s delicious! I’ve got 5 amazing (and easy!) slow-cooker recipes to share with you this week. And if that weren’t enough, I also have a copy of Gooseberry Patch‘s new cookbook, “101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes” to give away to one lucky reader!

101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes on Amazon.com

I have been slow-cooking from this cookbook for a couple of weeks, and I am most definitely in love with it! Slow-cooking is my favorite kind… especially these days with an almost 6-month old teething baby. This cookbook is the only reason we had a hot dinner at any kind of reasonable hour some nights!
I have not tried near all of the 101 recipes that are in this book, but here are a few that we did try, and loved! I’ll be sharing these recipes with you all week long, so stay tuned!

The Pumpkin Patch Soup was a wonderful creamy soup. Just perfect for the cold, damp spring we’ve been having so far.

The Tex-Mex Sloppy Joes were a big hit. And you can make them as sloppy (or not!) as you want!

Farmer Doc was a big fan of the Sweet & Spicy Ribs. I’ve had a request to definitely make these again!

And I’ll wrap up the week with a slow-cooked dessert… Pumpkin-Apple Cake is a tasty way to welcome in fall, or say goodbye to winter!

Let’s kick this off with a recipe for Too Easy Teriyaki Wings. Seriously. Wings don’t get any easier than this! And after cooking in the slow-cooker all day, these wings are fall off the bone tender. Just make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand – they are saucy! (Recipe below.)
