Slow-Cooker Too-Easy Teriyaki Wings
An amazingly simple way to cook wings from Gooseberry Patch's "101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes".
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- Garnish: chopped green onion sesame seeds
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except wings and garnish.
Add wings; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove wings from marinade, place in slow-cooker. Pour one cup marinade over wings; discard remaining marinade.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
