Who doesn’t love ranch? We sure do… so it only seemed natural to take this recipe for Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and make them into Ranch Pumpkin Seeds!

This recipe uses powdered ranch dressing mix to coat the pumpkin seeds and make them so very delicious. We use a lot of ranch dressing mix, so I buy Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix in bulk.

Just like with regular Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, cleaning the seeds is the hardest part (these tips will help). You’ll have to watch the ranch pumpkin seeds in the oven a little more closely. Your best bet is to clean the seeds, let them dry on parchment paper overnight (not paper towels), then make these ranch seeds. If you try to bake these seeds while they are still wet, the ranch seasoning will burn before the seeds are toasted. Scroll down for a printable recipe card with directions.
