This week was a rough week. After a very busy week last week, I got knocked down with the flu. I guess it was long past time for me to take a break! So I spent more than two days in bed with a fever and muscle aches. I’m happy to say that I seem to have come out the other side, but I am still a little bit weak. Who knew a simple grocery shopping trip would be enough to leave my energy totally sapped? (Unfortuantely, I had to go… we were out of just about everything!)

Lucky for you, I did manage to get next week’s meals all planned out – complete with your own printable copy of the grocery list! Grab your printable grocery list, add your family’s staples to it, and get through the grocery store in record time. I hope you had a better week than I did!
