I would love to have a copy of Best Casseroles Ever cookbook. I am constantly trying to find casserole recipes my picky husband will enjoy. Combining a can of soup, with pasta and chicken just doesn’t cut it for him and since he enjoys the recipes I have tried from Alarm Clark Wars and really likes the food I have prepared using other Gooseberry Patch recipes I have found. We really enjoy baked casseroles and when time is of the essence, which it usually is for everybody, creating wonderful recipes in the slow cooker are a big hit.

A lot of our leftovers go home with my elderly aunt. We also sometimes freeze leftovers for another time. What we do most of the time is to eat them for several dinners, then I eat them for lunch. I would love to have this cookbook. Thanks!

I always try to make enough to both freeze for another night when I am busy as with the traditional next day lunch. Sometimes it is nice to eat out for lunch but it does get expensive so having leftovers saves me a ton of money.
Meagan says
We always make extra food so we will have leftovers for lunch. Sometimes we even combine a bunch of different leftovers for a new meal. It is usually a casserole or a soup, depending on final consistency.

I usually make extra so that they will be leftovers. I like to put in individual containers and freeze them, so that I can take to work for lunch or when I don’t feel like cooking. My grandkids like having a choice in what to eat when they come by to visit.
