I would LOVE to win this cookbook!
…. if I had some good casserole recipes to use my left overs in, I would not have to toss them out to the chickens. 🙂
Then you need this cookbook!
I would love for you to win it!
I would love to have a copy of Best Casseroles Ever cookbook. I am constantly trying to find casserole recipes my picky husband will enjoy. Combining a can of soup, with pasta and chicken just doesn’t cut it for him and since he enjoys the recipes I have tried from Alarm Clark Wars and really likes the food I have prepared using other Gooseberry Patch recipes I have found. We really enjoy baked casseroles and when time is of the essence, which it usually is for everybody, creating wonderful recipes in the slow cooker are a big hit.
A lot of our leftovers go home with my elderly aunt. We also sometimes freeze leftovers for another time. What we do most of the time is to eat them for several dinners, then I eat them for lunch. I would love to have this cookbook. Thanks!
We do a lot of leftovers for lunch, too.
I think you’ll find lots of recipes in this cookbook you and your husband will enjoy!
I take leftovers and make a nice casserole!
Then this cookbook is perfect for you!
My favorite thing to do with leftovers is eat them the next day for lunch!
Love making crock pot meals with leftovers
We usually can or freeze our leftovers for soups, stews, casseroles, etc… for later. Looks like a fun and informative casserole book!
I always try to make enough to both freeze for another night when I am busy as with the traditional next day lunch. Sometimes it is nice to eat out for lunch but it does get expensive so having leftovers saves me a ton of money.
We always make extra food so we will have leftovers for lunch. Sometimes we even combine a bunch of different leftovers for a new meal. It is usually a casserole or a soup, depending on final consistency.
I save leftovers to make other meals by adding a few things. Would love to win this book.
Green Chili Stew with left over pork roast
It depends on the leftovers! Some get reheated, some turn into sandwiches, some become casseroles…
My mother-in-law had a great recipe for leftovers. Using cream of chicken soup , you then add leftover chicken meat, pasta noodles, veggies. This was a family favorite recipe and each time she made it there were different surprises in it!!
I enjoy making hearty soups and stews from leftover chicken, turkey or roast and all the vegetables!!!! Perfect for a cold night! 🙂
My favorite thing to do with leftovers is to add some of them to a soup.
I am the queen of freezing left overs for our crazy, busy, family! I have a swimmer, basketball player and hockey player! Gooseberry Patch has SAVED our family with meals on the go and at this time of year for the holiday’s! I have used many of your books to plan for our dinner! My favorite moments are when I get to sit by the tree and peruse Gooseberry Patch books about Christmas. Reminds me of my grandma and though she has passed, I feel her with me! Merry Christmas to all of you and your wonderful company!

when i have leftover turkey or chicken, my absolute fave since i was a kid, is a tettrazini! sooo comforting and yummy
I usually make extra so that they will be leftovers. I like to put in individual containers and freeze them, so that I can take to work for lunch or when I don’t feel like cooking. My grandkids like having a choice in what to eat when they come by to visit.
What a fabulous giveaway….I write while hoping to win! I love to eat leftovers…usually just the way they are because I do not have a clue how to change them into something else!
Lots of leftovers are even better the next day, anyway!
