We had our last calf born at our house last week! We were thrilled to have our fifth healthy baby calf. We were quite surprised to see that this one was a boy, too! That’s all five of our calves are bulls. That almost never happens. We had mostly boys last year, and were really hoping for a few nice heifer (girl) calves this year.
Ah well. Calves are cute, no matter if they are boys or girls! Let’s hit this week’s recipes – are you ready?
