Is there a better season than candy corn season? That stuff is so addictive… I love it and I can’t stop eating it… right up until I get a stomach ache. Here’s a fun way to use some of that special seasonal snack.

I love candy corn season. And I love/hate that it seems to start earlier every year! I keep telling myself – after the summer fair craziness is over, I’ll focus and lose this weight. And then the candy corn hits the grocery stores, and all bets are off. (I wish I could say that it’s just these last 5 stubborn pounds… but let’s be honest. There’s a 0 in that number somewhere.)

So. Because I don’t just want to sit down and eat an entire bag of candy corn (well, really, I want to…) I put candy corn in one of my other favorite foods – a snack mix!

I am in no way claiming that this is a health food. Or that it is good for you. Or that it will help you lose weight.

I am claiming that it is delicious. And should be enjoyed in moderation. Or not.

It seems like sort of a strange combination, but the cinnamon is so delicious with the caramel M&Ms, the chocolate chip Teddy Grahams, and of course the candy corn. And like any snack mix, if you don’t like one of the snacks in here, leave it out or swap it out for something else!

Enjoy!
