Ah, the holidays! I’m always sad to see Halloween and Fall leave. I love the fall flavors, colors, and decorations. But the Christmas season is in full swing (just ask my 4-year-old!), along with all the baking and cooking that come with it. This is a busy season for bloggers, for parents, and everyone! With so much going on and so many things to juggle, I try to cook as much ahead of time as I can to make dinners easier to grab on busy nights.
Here are the results of a morning of cooking… There are 3 recipes finished (and getting ready to come to this blog, so stay tuned!), and a huge mess to clean up.
Just a little keeping it real… My Fearless Kitchen is My Messy Kitchen most of the time!!
Lucky for me, the dishwasher was empty and most of this stuff could go right in! Fifteen minutes later, the dishwasher was running, two slow cookers were cooking away, the sink was half-full of dishes, and the counters were pretty well cleared off!
So, what’s for dinner this week? Let’s check out this week’s easy meal plan!
