Why does this time of year get so overwhelming? It seems like everyone wants everything done now! Deadlines are coming up fast, people are taking time off work to spend time with their families, and lots of people are traveling. We’re trying to use up our vacation days before the end of the year, and getting all our medical procedures done while this year’s deductible is paid.
Not to mention the shopping, gifts, wrapping, holiday parties, school events, and everything else that goes along with the holidays.
And the cooking… all the cooking!
I’m doing the black and white challenge this week. Check out My Fearless Kitchen on Instagram to see the photos, and get a little view behind the scenes!
With all this craziness, it’s no wonder people feel overwhelmed at the holidays. This week’s meal plan will help you feel less overwhelmed – at least in your kitchen!
