Soups, stews, and squash of all sort and pumpkin pumpkin pumpkin, pumpkin of any kind of drink dish etc. There’s a particular dish we grew up on that my mother made and she always made Homemade Vegetable soup that was nothing like any vegetable soup you buy or see a recipe for now and we still make. ( you use a roast or meaty soup bone for base and cabbage beets carrots potatoes etc and numerous spices) and THEN the AWESOME pajincs (may be misspelled) which are made with fresh pumpkin and homemade bread dough and OMG with the soup you have died and gone to heaven!!!!!!!!!
