    We love baked acorn squash. It is simple , cut squash in half, clean out seeds, brush with butter and coat with maple syrup. Bake one hour at 350 until flesh is tender and enjoy!

    Soups, stews, and squash of all sort and pumpkin pumpkin pumpkin, pumpkin of any kind of drink dish etc. There’s a particular dish we grew up on that my mother made and she always made Homemade Vegetable soup that was nothing like any vegetable soup you buy or see a recipe for now and we still make. ( you use a roast or meaty soup bone for base and cabbage beets carrots potatoes etc and numerous spices) and THEN the AWESOME pajincs (may be misspelled) which are made with fresh pumpkin and homemade bread dough and OMG with the soup you have died and gone to heaven!!!!!!!!! I can make but do not taste like hers

    Every fall I always make sure I make a big pan of stuffed cabbage rolls. I have always enjoyed making these and, actually I think they are kind of fun to make! So I would say that would be my favorite fall dish. Stuffed green peppers come in a very close second.

    I love anything made with sweet potatoes! As a side dish or dessert! Put some mashed sweet potatoes in your pumpkin bread Instead of pumpkin. Yummy

    My favorite fall meal is Turkey Ala King made with Thanksgiving leftovers. My mom used to make it when we were kids and now I make it for my own family. It’s the best cold-weather comfort food.

    My favorite fall dish is Cranberry Casserole and Cranberry Orange Bread. I also love to make dishes out of the leftover Turkey and dressing. Thanks for your helpful recipes and ideas they are great.

    I love to make maple glazed pork chops with roasted brussels sprouts and baked sweet potatoes. I usually make it every fall so it always makes it feel like fall when we eat it and then the flavors taste like fall. It’s so comforting.

    I love Turkey and stuffing, plus my homemade cranberry sauce. Add in the grandchildren and my children I’m a happy person! And I have most all their cookbooks I love them so many great ideas. ??

    In fall I love to start making my homemade chicken noodle soup. My daughter n granddaughters love to chip in and help. I have 3 granddaughters 15, 12, n 7 n they all love to cook with grandmom n another dish they all love to make besides eating is my lasagna. What a blessing to get my granddaughters to cook at a young age. Something I love to do with my 3.

    I have so many favorite fall dishes . I love butternut squash from my sons garden , I bake it with butter then add brown sugar just before eating it . Also my daughter’s white chili.
