We love lasagna… it’s one of John’s favorites, and I think it’s pretty great, too. I often have a lasagna in the freezer ready to go. But when I don’t have a ready-made lasagna, it takes a lot of time to make one! Enter Lazy Lasagna – all the delicious flavors and layers of lasagna, with way less effort!
How to Make Easy Lasagna
The best part about this recipe? There’s no pre-cooking of any pasta! I used Buitoni fresh ravioli from the refrigerated section of the grocery store (it’s usually near the produce section). I used their Four-Cheese Ravioli, but if you like a different flavor in your ravioli or lasagna, go for it!
You will need more sauce than you think for this recipe. The uncooked ravioli absorbs some of the liquid from the pasta sauce as it cooks. This Easy Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce is perfect for this recipe! If you don’t have lots of extra tomatoes on hand, just grab your favorite tomato or pasta sauce from the grocery store.
Toss it all together in a 9×13 pan, then top it off with lots of shredded Mozzarella cheese, and prep is done. It doesn’t get much easier than that! Now go spend some time with your family, or put your feet up and relax while it bakes in the oven.
Enjoy!
