I did not make a single meal from our meal plan this week. Like I said last week, I was at a retreat for a few days with some blogging friends. We had so much fun, re-entry to the “real world” of work, toddler, husband, and house has been tough! Luckily, farm wives can cook, and we made a whole bunch of freezer meals at the end of that retreat. So my family has been eating out of the freezer for the last few days!
If you want to check out the list of all the freezer meals we made, you can find it here. These Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes were my contribution… and they are gone! Meal plans and freezer meals keep us from eating out on busy nights. If you want to see more freezer meals from My Fearless Kitchen, let me know in the comments below! For now, let’s get to this week’s meal plan!
