This time of year is always crazy. There is plenty to do, from cleaning to decorating to shopping. Not to mention all the regular, everyday stuff that still has to happen!

Be prepared to see lots more pictures like this from me (especially if you follow me on Instagram). I love my little LEGO mini-me. And it’s doubly-awesome that she has her own coffee cup. I’m going to be living on coffee for the next few weeks!

In addition to the Christmas season, I have something else new on my plate. I just took office as a District Director for Indiana Farm Bureau. I’ll be representing all the Farm Bureau members in my corner of Indiana on the State Board of Directors. I know I have a lot to learn, and it’s a crazy time of year to start, but I’m ready for it!

And with that in mind, it’s even more important to have a plan to feed my family. This week’s Easy Meal Plan is just that – simple, fast, and delicious meals for everyone! Let’s dig in!
