It’s back to school time here in Indiana. That means we are getting used to new schedules, and the evenings are a different kind of crazy. Little Doc comes home from pre-school tired and hungry. We need some easy recipes so I can get dinner on the table in a hurry and appease the hangry kid!
This week’s meal plan has the perfect recipes for back to school. Let’s get right to them!
Easy Weekly Meal Plan #32
If the recipes on the days we listed don’t work for you, just shuffle them around. We did most of the legwork, now make it work for your family & kitchen!
Start your mornings off right with this Easy Cinnamon Bread from My Fearless Kitchen. Make 2 loaves over the weekend, and you’ll have breakfast ready to go every day!
Mondays are hard enough – make dinner easy with this fast 30-Minute Beef Stroganoff from The Crumby Kitchen.
You need a hearty meal that doesn’t take a lot of time on busy weeknights. This Meatball Soup from Organized Island fits the bill!
Simple, delicious, comfort food on a Wednesday night sounds perfect to me! Make Bacon Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese from Kimmi’s Dairyland for a quick meal that will make everyone’s evening.
Feel like you splurged a little bit with this Simple Marinated Ribeye Steak from My Fearless Kitchen on the grill.
Make Friday dinner fun and easy! Start these Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs from The Shirley Journey in the morning, and have dinner waiting when you get home.
Oh, and dessert… You can try to make these Kitchen Sink Bars from Desserts Required last all week, but I don’t think you can!
Take the weekend off, enjoy your leftovers, or eat out. We’ll be testing more recipes for you in our own kitchens!
