We have a busy week coming up. I’m headed to the Food Wine Conference in sunny Florida, my husband and son are holding down the fort, and the calves keep getting out of the pasture!
We are going to need some pre-planned meals for the week. I’m going to prep everything I can ahead of time, so meals are quick and easy to throw together while I’m at the conference.
