This has been a busy week… my family is getting ready to spend some quality time with some old friends. I’m trying to fit in some much-needed pampering for myself. And we are chasing calves around the pasture. Speaking of the calves, have you met our Saint Patrick’s Day calf? He’s pretty cute… and he was a surprise! Check him out in this Facebook Live video.
If you want to see even more fun calf videos, be sure to follow me on Facebook. I’ve got some more fun videos planned, so stay tuned!
With all that going on, who has time to cook? This week’s Easy Weekly Meal Plan will keep your hungry family fed, even on the busiest of days. Let’s dig in and check out the recipes!
