It is all about tomatoes at our house right now! We planted over 30 tomato plants, and they all survived. (Even with me conveniently “forgetting” to water them!) I’ve made 6 batches of Easy Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce and given away countless pounds of tomatoes (one lucky person got 40 pounds). There are still so many more tomatoes out there!
It’s also time to deal with pumpkins and spaghetti squash… Stay tuned to see how to handle those fun veggies!
