I don’t know about you guys… but the weather here in southern Indiana has been strange, to say the least. In the last 3 weeks we have seen a high of 3 degrees, a high of 70 degrees, and now back to a high of 35 degrees. It’s messing with my head, and my sinuses. I’ve been trying to get our son outside to play as much as possible, but it’s tough some days! So we worked on a craft project, and I realized (again) that some things are easier done without “helpers.” (Wondering what we did with these paper chains? Check it out here.)
These meal plans have sure helped when the weather is so crazy and I just don’t feel like cooking. I may not clean (notice the messy counters in that picture), but at least I get dinner on the table when I know what is on the menu ahead of time! This meal plan has a great selection, no matter how much cooking you feel like doing, or how much help you have with it.

Friday means firing up the grill in celebration of a long week! Surprise your family with these jazzed up Cheddar Bacon Ranch Burgers from My Fearless Kitchen. Don’t forget the Worcestershire sauce!
No matter how busy you are, there’s always time for dessert! These beautiful Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Coconut Macaroons from Desserts Required can be enjoyed all week long…if you can keep little hands out of the cookie jar!!
