Oh my, what a week it has been! Joseph’s summer program is on break, so he’s been home all week long. It sure is different than having him in a “school” program all day! We’ve been to the pool, to the children’s museum, to the park, and all kinds of fun stuff – including his first real dentist appointment! He was such a champ!
Our whole normal routine is off, and so are our regular meals. I’m really looking forward to this week’s meal plan, packed with summer salads and easy-to-make meals. Let’s check it out!
