Baby Doc is 6 Months Old!

By Marybeth Feutz 1 Comment

It’s hard to believe that this little guy is 6 months old already!

He started as a little 8 pound, 19 inch baby. This kid always had a lot of hair!

We had plenty of trouble breastfeeding. And lots of sleepless nights.

We’ve been through this happy baby’s first Christmas.

He’s traveled to Texas and back, and fought through a bout of RSV. (Which meant more sleepless nights, and a bunch of sleepless days.)

Baby Doc started his first solid foods on the early side (rice cereal and baby oatmeal, yum!) because he was hungry all the time! He is rolling over, and over, and over…

Baby Doc at 5 months old

He had his first hair cut already! And we have just started experimenting with Cheerios. (Easy to pick up. Hard to eat.)

Now this “little” boy isn’t so little anymore – clocking in at his 6 month check up at a whopping 21 pounds and 28 inches! Baby Doc is sitting up by himself (although still falls backwards sometimes), and stands taller than my knees.

I can’t believe 6 months has gone by already!
