5 dairy recipes to try

You didn’t think I’d get through National Dairy Month without a few dairy recipes, did you? I will admit that I have not tried any of these recipes, but my mouth started watering just writing this post!

Strawberry, Peanut Butter, and Banana smoothie – made with milk. Smooth and cool for a hot summer afternoon.

Grilled Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Panini – made with cheese and butter. To be honest, this recipe has a few too many steps for a sandwich for me. But it looks amazing and it gives me some ideas for an easier-to-make sandwich.

Fresh corn, tomato, and cheddar pie – made with butter, milk, and cheese. This sounds wonderful, with all the fresh vegetables! Yum!

Cheesy scalloped potatoes – made with cheese, butter, and milk. Cheese? Potatoes? How can you go wrong?

Finally, dessert! Double fudge drop cookies – made with butter and milk. Chocolate and walnuts… sounds like a great end to the day! (Or maybe for breakfast…)
