  • In a large saucepan, cook the ground pork in the maple syrup. Use a Mix n Chop (or wooden spoon) to break up the pork and mix in the syrup.
  • When the pork is cooked, drain and set it aside in a bowl.
  • In the same saucepan, combine the butter, cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Stir in the pumpkin, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cooked pasta and pork to the sauce and toss to coat.
