Slow Cooker Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make this easy casserole. This recipe was adapted from "Best Ever Casseroles" by Gooseberry Patch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked turkey cubed
  • 16 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10-3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 10-3/4 ounce can cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing

Instructions
 

  • Layer turkey in ungreased slow cooker; top with vegetables.
  • Stir together soups, milk, thyme, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread over turkey and vegetables. Top with stuffing.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Notes

Use leftover turkey or chicken and dressing. Or use prepared sage- or chicken-flavored stuffing mix!
