Slow Cooker Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make this easy casserole. This recipe was adapted from

cooked turkey
cubed

bag frozen mixed vegetables
10-3/4
ounce
can cream of celery soup
10-3/4
ounce
can cream of potato soup

milk
1/4
teaspoon
dried thyme
1/8
teaspoon
pepper

cups
prepared stuffing
Instructions
Layer turkey in ungreased slow cooker; top with vegetables.
Stir together soups, milk, thyme, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread over turkey and vegetables. Top with stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Notes
Use leftover turkey or chicken and dressing. Or use prepared sage- or chicken-flavored stuffing mix!
