Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16- ounce package frozen pierogies thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 10- ounce package frozen broccoli florets thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillett brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
  • Add pierogies and cook for 4-5 minutes, until heated through.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, and broccoli. Top with cheese.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.
