No-Bake Cookies

These No-Bake Cookies have all the chocolaty peanut butter flavor you're looking for! (And they're made with oats, so they are a healthy whole grain!)

  • Combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in a heavy saucepan.
  • Bring the chocolate mixture to a full boil over medium heat. Continue boiling for exactly 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. (The chocolate mixture will bubble up when the vanilla is added.)
  • Add oats and stir.
  • Add peanut butter and stir.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let stand until cool and set.
