White Chocolate Lemon Cake Mix Cookies
Do you love lemon? Do you love chocolate? These Lemon White Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies are the perfect cookie for you! With a cake mix base, these Lemon White Chocolate Cookies bake up in a snap!
Ingredients
- 15.25- ounce box of lemon cake mix we like Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and Greek yogurt in the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Beat, starting on low, and gradually increasing to medium-high, for 3-5 minutes, until batter is light and fluffy.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Lightly grease cookie sheets (we like Baker's Joy baking spray with flour).
- Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Gently smooth the top of the cookies.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes, until cookies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center tests clean.
