mayonnaise
1/2
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
seasoned pepper

teaspoons
dried dill weed

slices
bacon
cooked crisp
Instructions
Scrub, peel, and cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Place potatoes and 1 Tablespoon of salt in a
large pot
. Cover potatoes with cold water, cover, and heat on high until water boils.
When water is boiling, reduce heat and boil until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove potatoes from water and place in a
large bowl
.
While the potatoes are still warm, add mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, seasoned pepper, and dill. Mix well to combine.
Crumble bacon and add to potato salad, toss to mix.
Serve immediately as a hot potato salad, or cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until chilled.
Store leftovers in an
air-tight container
.
