all-purpose flour

Instructions
Combine the peaches, brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a
large saucepan
.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until the sugar melts and the peaches are warmed through (3-5 minutes).
In an
electric mixer
, combine flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, salt, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix on low until smooth.
Pour the peach mixture into an ungreased
9x9 baking pan
.
Spoon batter evenly over top of the peaches.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 50-60 minutes, until the crust is golden and firm and the filling is bubbly.
