canola oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat your
grill
to high.
Wash peaches. Cut peaches into halves or quarters and remove stones.
Lightly
brush
cut edges of peaches with canola oil or vegetable oil.
Prepare an area of your grill for indirect heat. Use an upper rack on the grill, or turn the heat off on one half of the grill.
Place peaches cut side down, over indirect heat on the hot grill.
Watch closely, as peaches cook quickly.
For peach halves, grill for 3-5 minutes on the <g class="gr_ gr_272 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="272" data-gr-id="272">cut</g> side.
For peach quarters, grill for 2-3 minutes on each cut side.
Remove peaches from the grill, let cool, and enjoy!
