Instructions
Unroll chicken thighs and place on a large platter or
cutting board
.
In a
small bowl
, combine garlic powder, basil, sage, and salt. Mix well.
Using your fingers, rub the spice mixture into both sides of the chicken.
Preheat the grill to high.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the hot grill.
Grill over high heat for approx 3-5 minutes per side, until the meat measures
165 degrees F
in the center with a
meat thermometer
.
Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
