vegetable oil

lemon-pepper seasoning

Instructions
Preheat
grill
to high.
In a
small bowl
, mix the vegetable oil and lemon-pepper.
Using your fingers, rub the lemon-pepper into both sides of each pork chop.
Turn the grill down to medium heat.
Place pork chops on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the pork chops reach at least 145 degrees F.
Remove pork chops from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
