Ingredients

boneless
skinless chicken breasts (or boneless, skinless chicken thighs)
1
package
taco seasoning
16-
ounce
jar salsa
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Optional: avocado
green onion, or other toppings
Instructions
Place chicken in a
6-quart slow cooker
. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning, then pour salsa over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Before serving, roughly shred chicken with 2 forks.
Serve in tortillas topped with Mozzarella cheese and your favorite taco toppings.
